Spring 1 - Chinese Stir Fry

We have enjoyed making a Chinese stir fry to help celebrate Chinese New Year. We picked some healthy vegetables and used the knife very carefully to chop them up. We then added some sweet and sour sauce to our stir fry and then Mrs Stocks carefully cooked the stir fry for us. We enjoyed eating it at snack time with a prawn cracker! It was interesting to try food from different cultures and we enjoyed it!
