Christian Values

Our Values

Some of the Christian Values we have celebrated so far this year:

What would you like to hope and pray for? What are you thankful for? What do you have hope for? Think of a prayer and write it down. It can be about anything you want. Bring it into school and post it into our prayer box. Remember that your prayers are private and won't be shared if you don't want them to be. Prayers will be shared together in assembly.
This term, the Christian Value we are celebrating is the theme of Peace. We hope you and your family enjoy exploring what 'peace' means to you. We have all been enjoying the special areas within our school. They give us a chance for calm, peaceful reflection throughout our busy school days.

This term the Christian Value we are celebrating is the theme of Trust. You may have heard the old saying: "Trust takes years to build, seconds to break, and forever to repair." We will be exploring what trust means. Who should we trust, and who cannot be trusted?

In the Autumn term, the Christian Value we will be celebrating is the theme of Courage. What does it mean to have 'courage'? Have a good think about this, and we'll discuss it and learn about it after the Summer holiday.

Our school's Policies for Religious Education and Collective Worship are available for you to download and view in the Policies section of our website.
